Who Is The Best Website Host For Ffmpg Support?

I am looking for a great host for a media site I am working on and need the following:
lame mp3 encoder
ffmpeg-php
gd library 2 or higher
cgi-bin, mysql, latest version of php, mencoder and also mplayer.
Need minimum 80gb space with 3000gb transfer.
Just wondering if anyone uses a great host and can refer.
I have hosting at Godaddy so please don’t say Godaddy )
